  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 389. An act to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to pay rewards under an asset recovery rewards program to 
     help identify and recover stolen assets linked to foreign 
     government corruption and the proceeds of such corruption 
     hidden behind complex financial structures in the United 
     States and abroad; to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and 
     Urban Affairs.
       H.R. 1037. An act to increase transparency with respect to 
     financial services benefitting state sponsors of terrorism, 
     human rights abusers, and corrupt officials, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban 
     Affairs.
       H.R. 1060. An act to provide regulatory relief to 
     charitable organizations that provide housing assistance, and 
     for other purposes; to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and 
     Urban Affairs.
       H.R. 1313. An act to amend the Implementing Recommendations 
     of the 911 Commission Act of 2007 to clarify certain 
     allowable uses of funds for public transportation security 
     assistance grants and establish periods of performance for 
     such grants, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 1437. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to require the Under Secretary for Management of the 
     Department of Homeland Security to achieve security of 
     sensitive assets among the components of the Department of 
     Homeland Security, and for other purposes; to the Committee 
     on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 1594. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to establish a process to review applications for 
     certain grants to purchase equipment or systems that do not 
     meet or exceed any applicable national voluntary consensus 
     standards, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 1912. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to provide for requirements relating to documentation 
     for major acquisition programs, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 2066. An act to amend the Homeland Security Act of 
     2002 to establish the Intelligence Rotational Assignment 
     Program in the Department of Homeland Security, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security and 
     Governmental Affairs.
