                        PRIVILEGES OF THE FLOOR

  Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Christian 
Braunlich, an Air Force defense fellow in Senator Sullivan's office, be 
granted floor privileges for the remainder of the Congress.

  Mr. BLUMENTHAL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that my
