AUTHORITY FOR COMMITTEES TO MEET
Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I have 12 requests for committees to
meet during today's session of the Senate. They have the approval of
the Majority and Minority leaders.
Pursuant to rule XXVI, paragraph 5(a), of the Standing Rules of the

a hearing on the following nominations: Pamela Bates, of Virginia, to
be Representative of the United States of America to the Organization
for Economic Cooperation and Development, with the rank of Ambassador,
and Christopher Landau, of Maryland, to be Ambassador to the United
Mexican States, both of the Department of State, Jennifer D. Nordquist,
of Virginia, to be United States Executive Director of the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Eliot Pedrosa,
of Florida, to be United States Executive Director of the Inter-
