                  UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--S. 151

  Mr. THUNE. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that at 12:45 
p.m. today, the Senate proceed to legislative session to consider 
Calendar No. 94, S. 151; I further ask that the committee-reported 
substitute amendment be agreed to, the bill, as amended, be read a 
third time, and the Senate vote on passage of the bill, as amended, 
with no intervening action or debate; finally, that if passed, the 
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
