                      PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XII, public bills and resolutions of the 
following titles were introduced and severally referred, as follows:

           By Mr. LaHood (for himself and Ms. Sewell of Alabama):
       H.R. 3021. A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social 
     Security Act to restructure the payment adjustment for non-
     emergency ESRD ambulance transports under the Medicare 
     program; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in 
     addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to 
     be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mr. ENGEL:
       H.R. 3022. A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security 
     Act to repeal the reductions in Medicaid DSH allotments, and 
     for other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
           By Mr. DUFFY (for himself and Mrs. Rodgers of 
             Washington):
       H.R. 3023. A bill to increase funding for the COPS Grant 
     Program and the Secure Our Schools Grant Program, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
           By Mr. ESPAILLAT:
       H.R. 3024. A bill to prevent the breakup of families 
     receiving certain Federal housing assistance, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Financial Services.
           By Mr. MEADOWS (for himself and Mrs. Lee of Nevada):
       H.R. 3025. A bill to direct the Architect of the Capitol to 
     display the POW/MIA flag outside of the entrance of the 
     office of each Member of Congress, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on House Administration.
           By Mrs. TRAHAN:
       H.R. 3026. A bill to require that a College Scorecard be 
     maintained for each institution of higher education that 
     participates in programs under title IV of Higher Education 
     Act of 1965, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Education and Labor.

           By Ms. WILSON of Florida:
       H.R. 3027. A bill to establish student loan borrowers' 
     rights to basic consumer protections, reasonable and flexible 
     repayment options, access to earned credentials, and 
     effective loan cancellation in exchange for public service, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Education and 
     Labor, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and Means, 
     the Judiciary, and Oversight and Reform, for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mrs. CAROLYN B. MALONEY of New York:
       H. Con. Res. 44. Concurrent resolution directing the Joint 
     Committee on the Library to revise the statue commemorating 
     women's suffrage which is located in the rotunda of the 
     United States Capitol, commonly known as the ``Portrait 
     Monument'', by placing on the statue an inscription which is 
     based on the original inscription which was on the statue 
     when the statue was delivered to the United States Capitol in 
     1921, and for other purposes; to the Committee on House 
     Administration.
           By Ms. JAYAPAL (for herself, Ms. Lee of California, Mr. 
             Doggett, Mr. Pocan, Ms. Norton, Mr. Cohen, Mr. 
             Blumenauer, Ms. Roybal-Allard, Ms. Speier, and Ms. 
             Judy Chu of California):
       H. Res. 409. A resolution supporting the goals and ideals 
     of the month of May as Sex Ed For All Month: Youth Power, 
     Information, and Rights; to the Committee on Education and 
     Labor, and in addition to the Committee on Energy and 
     Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
