  A concurrent resolution of the Senate of the following title was 
taken from the Speaker's table and, under the rule, referred as 
follows:

       S. Con. Res. 3. Concurrent resolution recognizing the rich 
     history, heritage, and strategic importance of the Republic 
     of the Marshall Islands and the Marshallese population 
     residing in the United States; to the Committee on Natural 
     Resources; in addition, to the Committee on Oversight and 
     Reform; to the Committee on Armed Services; and to the 
     Committee on Foreign Affairs for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.
