  Mr. STAUBER. Madam Speaker, I was unable to vote on May 23, 2019 
because I had the privilege of advocating for Duluth, Minnesota's 148th 
Fighter Wing in a meeting with Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson. Had 
I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 229; YEA on 
Roll Call No. 230; and YEA on Roll Call No. 231.
