                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII, memorials were presented and referred as 
follows:

       65. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of the 
     Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, relative to Senate Resolution 
     No. 122, designating the month of May 2019 as ``Amyotrophic 
     Lateral Sclerosis Awareness Month'' in Pennsylvania; to the 
     Committee on Oversight and Reform.
       66. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of 
     Michigan, relative to Senate Resolution No. 25, to 
     memorialize the Congress of the United States to continue 
     full funding of the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative and to 
     prioritize cleaning up the remaining Great Lakes areas of 
     concern in accordance with a comprehensive strategy and 
     schedule; to the Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure.
