       Mr. BISHOP of Georgia: Committee on Appropriations. H.R. 
     3164. A bill making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural 
     Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related 
     Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 
     2020, and for other purposes (Rept. 116-107). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
