  Ms. HARRIS. Madam President, I was necessarily absent but, had I been 
present, would have voted no on rollcall vote No. 145, the confirmation 
of Ryan T. Holte, of Ohio, to be a Judge of the US Court of Federal 
Claims.
  Madam President, I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, 
would have voted no on rollcall vote No. 146, the confirmation of 
Rossie David Alston, Jr., of Virginia, to be United States District 
Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
  Madam President, I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, 
would have voted no on rollcall vote No. 147, the confirmation of 
Richard A. Hertling, of Maryland, to be a Judge of the United States 
Court of Federal Claims.
