      ORDERS FOR MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2019, AND TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2019

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for a 
pro forma session only with no business conducted on Monday, June 17, 
2019, at 3 p.m. I further ask that when the Senate adjourns on Monday, 
June 17, it next convene at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 18; that following 
the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be 
reserved for their use later in the day, and the Senate be in a period 
of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 
10 minutes each until 11:30 a.m.; finally, that the Senate recess from 
12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly conference meetings.
