       H.R. 3291. A bill to amend the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 
     to ensure that any food that may be served as part of a 
     reimbursable meal under the school lunch program or the 
     school breakfast program may be sold in schools, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Education and Labor.

     during a lapse in appropriations certain services relating to 
     the Harmful Algal Bloom Operational Forecasting System are 
     excepted services under the Anti-Deficiency Act, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology, and in addition to the Committee on Natural 
     Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

       H. Res. 444. A resolution reaffirming the importance of the 
     United States to promote the safety, health, and well-being 
     of refugees and displaced persons; to the Committee on 
     Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
