   Under clause 2 of rule XIV, executive communications were taken from 
the Speaker's table and referred as follows:

       1346. A letter from the Adjutant General, Veterans of 
     Foreign Wars of the United States, transmitting the 
     proceedings of the 119th National Convention of the Veterans 
     of Foreign Wars of the United States, held in Kansas City, 
     Missouri, July 21-25, 2018, pursuant to 44 U.S.C. 1332; 
     Public Law 90-620 (as amended by Public Law 105-225, Sec. 3); 
     (112 Stat. 1498) (H. Doc. No. 116--42); to the Committee on 
     Veterans' Affairs and ordered to be printed.
       1347. A letter from the Executive Director, Office of 
     Congressional Workplace Rights, transmitting notice of 
     adopted amendments to the Rules of Procedure, pursuant to 2 
     U.S.C. 1383(b); Public Law 104-1, Sec. 303(b); (109 Stat. 
     28); jointly to the Committees on House Administration and 
     Education and Labor.
