       S. 1942. A bill to amend chapter 81 of title 5, United 
     States Code, to create a presumption that a disability or 
     death of a Federal employee in fire protection activities 
     caused by any of certain diseases is the result of the 
     performance of the duty of the employee, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security and 
     Governmental Affairs.

       S. 1943. A bill to regulate firearm silencers and firearm 
     mufflers; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

       S. 1949. A bill to amend the Richard B. Russell National 
     School Lunch Act to require the Secretary of Agriculture to
