  Mr. HICE of Georgia. Madam Speaker, on the afternoon of June 25th, I 
was delayed in returning to the Capitol due to a meeting with President 
Donald Trump at the White House. Had I been present, I would have voted 
NAY Roll Call No. 403; NAY on Roll Call No. 404; YEA on Roll Call No. 
405; and NAY on Roll Call No. 406.
