                    AMENDMENTS SUBMITTED AND PROPOSED

       SA 900. Mr. TOOMEY (for himself, Mr. Jones, and Mrs. 
     Capito) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
     amendment SA 861 proposed by Mr. McConnell (for Mr. Romney) 
     to the amendment SA 764 proposed by Mr. Inhofe to the bill S. 
     1790, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2020 for 
     military activities of the Department of Defense, for 
     military construction, and for defense activities of the 
     Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel 
     strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which 
     was ordered to lie on the table.
       SA 901. Mr. SHELBY proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 
     3401, making emergency supplemental appropriations for the 
     fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other 
     purposes.
       SA 902. Mr. PAUL proposed an amendment to amendment SA 901 
     proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 3401, supra.
       SA 903. Mr. BROWN (for himself and Mr. Portman) submitted 
     an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 764 
     proposed by Mr. Inhofe to the bill S. 1790, to authorize 
     appropriations for fiscal year 2020 for military activities 
     of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and 
     for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to 
     prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, 
     and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
     table.
