     appropriations for fiscal year 2020 for military activities

     Technology. H.R. 3153. A bill to direct the Director of the 
     National Science Foundation to support research on opioid 
     addiction, and for other purposes (Rept. 116-131). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the 
     Union.
       Ms. JOHNSON of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology. H.R. 3196. A bill to designate the Large Synoptic 
     Survey Telescope as the ``Vera Rubin Survey Telescope'' (Rept 
     116-132). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     State of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 1146. A 
     bill to amend Public Law 115-97 (commonly known as the Tax 
     Cuts and Jobs Act) to repeal the Arctic National Wildlife 
     refuge oil and gas program, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept 116-133). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the State of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 255. A 
     bill to provide for an exchange of lands with San Bernardino 
     County, California, to enhance management of lands within the 
     San Bernardino National Forest, and for other purposes (Rept 
     116-134). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     State of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 434. A 
     bill to designate the Emancipation National Historic trail, 
     and for other purposes, with amendments (Rept 116-135). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of 
     the Union.
