2019,'' No. 427 ``Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 2722,'' No. 428 
``Passage of H.R. 2722--Securing America's Federal Elections Act,'' No. 
429 ``Concurring in the Senate Amendment to H.R. 3401--Emergency 
Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at 
the Southern Border Act, 2019,'' No. 430 ``Approval of the Journal.'' 
Had I been present, I would have voted ``YES, YES, NO, YES, YES,'' 
respectively.
