July 12, 2019. I had intended to vote ``yes'' on vote 468, ``yes'' on 
vote 469, ``yes'' on vote 470, ``yes'' on 471, ``no'' on vote 472, 
``yes'' on vote 473, and ``yes'' on vote 474.
