  Mr. PERLMUTTER. Madam Speaker, I was not present to vote on July 11, 
2019 and July 12, 2019 due to a family obligation.
  Had I been present for roll call No. 473 on passage of H.R. 2500, the 
National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, I would have 
voted AYE.
  Had I been present for roll call No. 474 on passage of H.R. 1327, the 
Never Forget the Heroes: James Zadroga, Ray Pfeifer, and Luis Alvarez 
Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund 
Act, I would have voted YEA.
