                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 3:02 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mr. Novotny, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 1327. An act to extend authorization for the September 
     11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001 through fiscal year 
     2092, and for other purposes.


                         Enrolled Bills Signed

  The President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley) announced that on today, 
July 15, 2019, he has signed the following enrolled bills, which were 
previously signed by the Speaker of the House:

       S. 744. An act to amend section 175b of title 18, United 
     States Code, to correct a scrivener's error.
       S. 998. An act to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe 
     Streets Act of 1968 to expand support for police officer 
     family services, stress reduction, and suicide prevention, 
     and for other purposes.
       S. 1749. An act to clarify seasoning requirements for 
     certain refinanced mortgage loans, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 866. An act to provide a lactation room in public 
     buildings.
