                   EXECUTIVE AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS

  The following communications were laid before the Senate, together 
with accompanying papers, reports, and documents, and were referred as 
indicated:

        EC-1920. A communication from the Secretary of the 
     Treasury, transmitting, pursuant to law, a six-month periodic 
     report on the national emergency with respect to Lebanon that 
     was declared in Executive Order 13441 of August 1, 2007; to 
     the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
        EC-1921. A communication from the Chief Counsel, Federal 
     Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security, 
     transmitting, pursuant to law, the report of a rule entitled 
     ``Suspension of Community Eligibility'' ((44 CFR Part 64) 
     (Docket No. FEMA-2019-0003)) received in the Office of the 
     President of the Senate on July 10, 2019; to the Committee on 
     Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
        EC-1922. A communication from the Chief of the 
     Publications and Regulations Branch, Internal Revenue 
     Service, Department of the Treasury, transmitting, pursuant 
     to law, the report of a rule entitled ``Use of Truncated 
     Taxpayer Identification Numbers on Forms W-2, Wage and Tax 
     Statement, Furnished to Employees'' (RIN1545-BN35) received 
     in the Office of the President of the Senate on July 10, 
     2019; to the Committee on Finance.
        EC-1923. A communication from the Regulatory Analyst, 
     Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Department of 
     Transportation, transmitting, pursuant to law, the report of 
     a rule entitled ``Incorporation by Reference; North American 
     Standard Out-of-Service Criteria; Hazardous Materials Safety 
     Permits'' (RIN2126-AC01) received in the Office of the 
     President of the Senate on July 10, 2019; to the Committee on 
     Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
