     Governmental Affairs, with amendments:
       S. 1430. A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
     prevent fraud by representative payees (Rept. No. 116-56).
       By Mr. JOHNSON, from the Committee on Homeland Security and 
     Governmental Affairs, without amendment:
       H.R. 1654. A bill to amend title 44, United States Code, to 
     modernize the Federal Register, and for other purposes (Rept. 
     No. 116-57).
       By Mr. RISCH, from the Committee on Foreign Relations, with 
     an amendment in the nature of a substitute and an amendment 
     to the title and with an amended preamble:
       S. Res. 206. A resolution marking the 70th anniversary of 
     the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, expressing concern about 
     significant violations of international humanitarian law on 
     contemporary battlefields, and encouraging United States 
     leadership in ensuring greater respect for international 
     humanitarian law in current conflicts, particularly with its 
     security partners.
       By Mr. RISCH, from the Committee on Foreign Relations, 
     without amendment:
       S. 1945. A bill to amend section 36 of the Arms Export 
     Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776) to preserve congressional review 
     and oversight of foreign arms sales, and for other purposes.
