            SUBMISSION OF CONCURRENT AND SENATE RESOLUTIONS

  The following concurrent resolutions and Senate resolutions were 
read, and referred (or acted upon), as indicated:

           By Mrs. FEINSTEIN (for herself, Mr. Rubio, and Mr. 
             Reed):
       S. Res. 275. A resolution calling for international ethical 
     standards in genome editing research; to the Committee on 
     Foreign Relations.
           By Ms. STABENOW:
       S. Res. 276. A resolution designating July 15, 2019, as 
     ``National Leiomyosarcoma Awareness Day'' and the month of 
     July 2019 as ``National Sarcoma Awareness Month''; to the 
     Committee on the Judiciary.
