                     EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, ETC.

   Under clause 2 of rule XIV,

       1645. A letter from the Acting Assistant Secretary for 
     Legislation, Department of Health and Human Services, 
     transmitting the Department's report entitled ``Annual Report 
     to Congress on the Use of Mandatory Recall Authority'' for FY 
     2017, was taken from the Speaker's table, referred to the 
     Committee on Energy and Commerce.
