  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       33. The SPEAKER presented a petition of Mr. Gregory D. 
     Watson, a citizen of Austin, TX, relative to requesting that 
     Congress enact legislation that would require the Census 
     Bureau to include in decennial census questionnaires an 
     inquiry as to whether, or not, a respondent is an American 
     citizen; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and 
     Reform.
