              UNITED STATES-MEXICO-CANADA TRADE AGREEMENT

Mr. GRASSLEY. Madam President, the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement
will be a very big boon to the American worker. In my State, one out of
every four American manufacturing firms export to Canada and Mexico.
Seventy percent of these are very small or medium-sized businesses.
More than 25,400 Iowans depend on manufacturing jobs.
By encouraging auto manufacturers to use more U.S. content in our
cars and high-wage labor, the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement will help
American workers compete on a level playing field and benefit from
selling to two of our largest trading partners.
