   Under clause 2 of rule XIV, executive communications were taken from 
the Speaker's table and referred as follows:

       1778. A letter from the Director, Regulatory Management 
     Division, Environmental Protection Agency, transmitting the 
     Agency's final rule -- Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Removal of 
     Obsolete Infectious Waste Incinerator Regulations [EPA-R05-
     OAR-2018-0112; FRL-9997-29-Region 5] received July 24, 2019, 
     pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A); Public Law 104-121, Sec. 
     251; (110 Stat. 868); to the Committee on Energy and 
     Commerce.
       1779. A letter from the Director, Regulatory Management 
     Division, Environmental Protection Agency, transmitting the 
     Agency's final rule -- Approval and Promulgation of Air 
     Quality Implementation Plans; State of Utah; Revisions to 
     Nonattainment Permitting Regulations [EPA-R08-OAR-2019-0063; 
     FRL-9996-96-Region 8] received July 24, 2019, pursuant to 5 
     U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A); Public Law 104-121, Sec. 251; (110 Stat. 
     868); to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
       1780. A letter from the Director, National Legislative 
     Division, American Legion, transmitting a financial statement 
     and independent audit of The American Legion, and proceedings 
     of the 100th Annual National Convention of the American 
     Legion, held in Minneapolis, Minnesota from August 24 -- 30, 
     2018, and a report on the organization's activities for the 
     year preceding the convention (H. Doc. No. 116--52); to the 
     Committee on Veterans' Affairs and ordered to be printed.
