            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
previous order of July 31 with respect to district judges be modified 
to allow for confirmation votes notwithstanding rule XXII.
