  The following petitions and memorials were laid before the Senate and 
were referred or ordered to lie on the table as indicated:

       POM-124. A resolution adopted by the Board of the Village 
     of Tivoli, New York urging the United States Congress to pass 
     the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act; to the 
     Committee on Finance.
       POM-125. A petition from a citizen of the State of Texas 
     relative to the construction and maintenance of physical 
     barriers between the United States and foreign nations; to 
     the Committee on the Judiciary.
