  Mr. FITZPATRICK. Madam Speaker, I rise today to recognize a dedicated 
public servant from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, who served our 
community with distinction for over four decades. At the time of his 
retirement, he was

the longest continually tenured employee in Warrington Township.
  Richard H. Bradbury, Sr., of Pipersville recently retired as Deputy 
Chief of Police of the Warrington Township Police Department. Deputy 
Chief Bradbury distinguished himself as a man of character and honor 
who cared deeply about our home.
  I wish Deputy Chief Bradbury a peaceful retirement and thank him for 
his career of service in which he had a positive impact on so many 
lives.
