  Ms. CHENEY. Madam Speaker, I rise today to congratulate the Rotary 
Club of Lander for being named the Outstanding Large Club in Rotary 
District 5440.
  The Rotary Club of Lander is a staple of the local community and is 
dedicated to community service in Lander and around the world. Rotary 
Clubs across Wyoming represent the service-minded approach to community 
that makes our country great. The Lander Club has distinguished itself 
with its international work in Mexico, Guatemala, and Africa. 
Additionally, they have established the Interact Club at Lander Valley 
High School to help grow their membership and foster community service 
among high school students.
  Again, Madam Speaker, I extend my congratulations to the Rotary Club 
of Lander on being named top chapter, and thank them for their service 
to the community of Lander.
