                           MEASURES REFERRED

  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 205. An act to amend the Gulf of Mexico Energy 
     Security Act of 2006 to permanently extend the moratorium on 
     leasing in certain areas of the Gulf of Mexico; to the 
     Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
       H.R. 1146. An act to amend Public Law 115-97 (commonly 
     known as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) to repeal the Arctic 
     National Wildlife Refuge oil and gas program, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
       H.R. 1941. An act to amend the Outer Continental Shelf 
     Lands Act to prohibit the Secretary of the Interior including 
     in any leasing program certain planning areas, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
