  Executive nominations confirmed by the Senate September 12, 2019:


                         Federal Reserve System

       Michelle Bowman, of Kansas, to be a member of the Board of 
     Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of 
     fourteen years from February 1, 2020.


                       Department of the Treasury

       Thomas Peter Feddo, of Virginia, to be Assistant Secretary 
     of the Treasury for Investment Security.


         International Bank for Reconstruction and Development

       Jennifer D. Nordquist, of Virginia, to be United States 
     Executive Director of the International Bank for 
     Reconstruction and Development for a term of two years.
