         REPORTS OF COMMITTEES ON PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 1618. A 
     bill to encourage States to require the installation of 
     residential carbon monoxide detectors in homes, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-208, Pt. 1). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the 
     Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 2211. A 
     bill to require the Consumer Product Safety Commission to 
     promulgate a consumer product safety rule for free-standing 
     clothing storage units to protect children from tip-over 
     related death or injury, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept. 116-209). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.


                         DISCHARGE OF COMMITTEE

  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on House 
Administration discharged from further consideration. H.R. 1618 
referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
