  Mr. HUIZENGA. Madam Speaker, I rise today regarding missed votes. Had 
I been present for roll call vote number 527, On agreeing to the 
Amendment of Mr. Gosar of Arizona, Part D Amendment No. 2 for H.R. 
1146--The Arctic Cultural and Coastal Plain Protection Act, I would of 
have voted ``yea.'' Had I been present for roll call vote number 528, 
On agreeing to the Amendment of Mr. Gosar of Arizona, Part D Amendment 
No. 3 as modified 2 for H.R. 1146--The Arctic Cultural and Coastal 
Plain Protection Act, I would have voted ``yea.'' Had I been present 
for roll call vote number 529, On the Motion to Recommit with 
Instructions for, H.R. 1146--The Arctic Cultural and Coastal Plain 
Protection Act, I would have voted ``yea.'' Had I been present for roll 
call vote number 530, On final passage for, H.R. 1146--The Arctic 
Cultural and Coastal Plain Protection Act, I would have voted ``nay.''
