                  GOLD STAR FAMILIES REMEMBRANCE WEEK

  Mr. McCONNELL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Judiciary Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 
313 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 313) designating the week of 
     September 22 through September 28, 2019, as ``Gold Star 
     Families Remembrance Week''.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the 
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
