          RESIGNATION AS MEMBER OF COMMITTEE ON SMALL BUSINESS

  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mrs. Lee of Nevada) laid before the House 
the following resignation as a member of the Committee on Small 
Business:

                                     House of Representatives,

                               Washington, DC, September 25, 2019.
     Hon. Nancy Pelosi,
     Speaker, House of Representatives,
     Washington, DC.
       Madam Speaker: I am writing to submit my resignation from 
     the Committee on Small Business to allow an incoming Member 
     of Congress to have the opportunity to sit on the Committee. 
     I am honored to have served on the Committee, and I am 
     thankful for Chairwoman Velazquez and Ranking Member Chabot's 
     leadership.
