                           TEXT OF AMENDMENTS

  SA 942. Mr. PAUL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 4378, making continuing appropriations for fiscal 
year 2020, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division A, add the following:

     SEC. ___. REDUCTION IN RATE FOR OPERATIONS.

       The rate for operations provided by section 101 is hereby 
     reduced by 2 percent.
