                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 10:28 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mr. Novotny, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 113. An act to require the purchase of domestically 
     made flags of the United States of America for use by the 
     Federal Government.
       H.R. 135. An act to amend the Notification and Federal 
     Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 to 
     strengthen Federal antidiscrimination laws enforced by the 
     Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and expand 
     accountability within the Federal Government, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 136. An act to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
     protect unpaid interns in the Federal Government from 
     workplace harassment and discrimination, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 202. An act to amend the Inspector General Act of 1978 
     relative to the powers of the Department of Justice Inspector 
     General.
       H.R. 247. An act to amend chapter 36 of title 44, United 
     States Code, to make certain changes relating to electronic 
     Government services, and for other purposes.
