  The following concurrent resolutions and Senate resolutions were

           By Mr. SASSE:
       S. Res. 19. A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate 
     that disqualifying a nominee to Federal office on the basis 
     of membership in the Knights of Columbus violates the 
     Constitution of the United States; considered and agreed to.
           By Mr. MENENDEZ (for himself, Mr. Isakson, Mr. Boozman, 
             Mr. Cardin, and Mr. Coons):
       S. Con. Res. 1. A concurrent resolution calling for 
     credible, transparent, and safe elections in Nigeria, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
