(Ms. Stabenow) was added as a cosponsor of S. 20, a bill to amend the
Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require the disclosure of certain
tax returns by Presidents and certain candidates for the office of the
President, and for other purposes.

At the request of Mr. Braun, the names of the Senator from West
Virginia (Mrs. Capito) and the Senator from Florida (Mr. Scott) were
added as cosponsors of S. 39, a bill to provide that Members of
Congress may not receive pay after October 1 of any fiscal year in
which Congress has not approved a concurrent resolution on the budget
and passed the regular appropriations bills.

of valor on January 28, 1945, during the Battle of the Bulge in World
War II.
