as cosponsors of S. 21, a bill making continuing appropriations for 
Coast Guard pay in the event an appropriations act expires prior to the 
enactment of a new appropriations act.

  At the request of Mr. Cruz, his name was added as a cosponsor of S. 
74, a bill to prohibit paying Members of Congress during periods during 
which a Government shutdown is in effect, and for other purposes.
