(Ms. Duckworth) and the Senator from Delaware (Mr. Carper) were added 
as cosponsors of S. 21, a bill making continuing appropriations for 
Coast Guard pay in the event an appropriations act expires prior to the 
enactment of a new appropriations act.

  At the request of Mr. Cruz, his name was added as a cosponsor of S. 
74, a bill to prohibit paying Members of Congress during periods during 
which a Government shutdown is in effect, and for other purposes.

  At the request of Mr. Rubio, the name of the Senator from Louisiana 
(Mr. Kennedy) was added as a cosponsor of S. 75, a bill to prohibit

prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws 
requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.

XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit Federal Medicaid funding for
