       S. 194. A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to 
     prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of 
     laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion 
     decisions; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
           By Mr. PORTMAN (for himself, Ms. Klobuchar, and Ms. 
             Hassan):
       S. 195. A bill to require the Director of the Government 
     Publishing Office to establish and maintain a website 
     accessible to the public that allows the public to obtain 
     electronic copies of all congressionally mandated reports in 
     one place, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
           By Mr. PORTMAN (for himself, Ms. Hassan, Ms. Harris, 
             Mr. Hoeven, Mr. Lankford, Mr. Daines, Ms. Ernst, Mr. 
             Jones, and Mr. Carper):
       S. 196. A bill to save taxpayer money and improve the 
     efficiency and speed of intragovernmental correspondence, and 
     for other purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security and 
     Governmental Affairs.
