                          ENROLLED BILL SIGNED

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on September 27, 2019, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of 
Representatives announcing that the Speaker pro tempore (Mr. Brown) had 
signed the following enrolled bill:

       H.R. 4285. An act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     extend and modify certain authorities and requirements 
     relating to the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other 
     purposes.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the enrolled bill was signed on September 30, 2019, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, by the Vice President.
