  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 141, 
H.R. 3055.

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 140, H.R. 3055, a bill 
     making appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and 
     Justice, Science, and related agencies for the fiscal year 
     ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes.

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I send a cloture motion to the desk for 
the motion to proceed.
