       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 2819. A 
     bill to extend the authority for the establishment of a 
     commemorative work in honor of Gold Star Families, and for 
     other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-243). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the 
     Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 1568. A 
     bill to assist in the conservation of the North Atlantic 
     right whale by supporting and providing financial resources 
     for North Atlantic right whale conservation programs and 
     projects of persons with expertise required for the 
     conservation of North Atlantic right whales, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-244, Pt. 1). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the 
     Union.

  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on the Budget 
discharged from further consideration. H.R. 1568 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
