  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Ms. WATERS: Committee on Financial Services, H.R. 2514. A 
     bill to make reforms to the Federal Bank Secrecy Act and 
     anti-money laundering laws, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept. 116-245, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Ms. LOFGREN: Committee on House Administration H.R. 4617. A 
     bill to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to 
     clarify the obligation to report acts of foreign election 
     influence and require implementation of compliance and 
     reporting systems by Federal campaigns to detect and report 
     such acts, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 
     116-246, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House 
     on the state of the Union.
       Mr. PERLMUTTER: Committee on Rules. H. Res. 646. A 
     resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 
     2513) to ensure that persons who form corporations or limited 
     liability companies in the United States disclose the 
     beneficial owners of those corporations or limited liability 
     companies, in order to prevent wrongdoers from exploiting 
     United States corporations and limited liability companies 
     for criminal gain, to assist law enforcement in detecting, 
     preventing, and punishing terrorism, money laundering, and 
     other misconduct involving United States corporations and 
     limited liability companies, and for other purposes (Rept. 
     116-247). Referred to the House Calendar.


                         DISCHARGE OF COMMITTEE

  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, Committee on Ways and Means 
discharged from further consideration. H.R. 2514 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on the Judiciary 
discharged from further consideration. H.R. 4617 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
