           MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT


                          enrolled bill signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on October 18, 2019, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of 
Representatives announcing that the Speaker pro tempore (Mr. Raskin) 
had signed the following enrolled bill:

       S. 1196. An act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 1715 Linnerud Drive in Sun 
     Prairie, Wisconsin, as the ``Fire Captain Cory Barr Post 
     Office Building''.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the enrolled bill was signed on October 18, 2019, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, by the President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley).
