                    MEASURES PLACED ON THE CALENDAR

  The following joint resolution was read the second time, and placed 
on the calendar:

       S.J. Res. 59. Joint resolution expressing the sense of 
     Congress on the precipitous withdrawal of United States Armed 
     Forces from Syria and Afghanistan, and Turkey's unprovoked 
     incursion into Syria.

  The following bill was read the first and second times by unanimous 
consent, and placed on the calendar:

       H.R. 2426. An act to amend title 17, United States Code, to 
     establish an alternative dispute resolution program for 
     copyright small claims, and for other purposes.
